Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap Pemeriksaan Triple Eliminasi pada Ibu Hamil

ABSTRACT
Triple Elimination is a program held by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to overcome the transmission of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B in pregnant women to their babies. Payung Sekaki Community Health Center is one of the Community Health Centers that carries out triple elimination examinations on pregnant women. The achievement of triple elimination in Riau Province has not reached the target of 100%, where HIV screening in pregnant women is 30%, Syphilis 0.9% and Hepatitis B 34.5%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women with Triple Elimination Examination at Payung Sekaki Community Health Center Pekanbaru in 2025. This type of research is Quantitative with a Cross-sectional research design. The population is all pregnant women in the working area of Payung Sekaki Community Health Center Pekanbaru in 2025 with a sample size of 54 people. The data collection tool used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used was Consecutive sampling. Based on bivariate analysis using the chi square test, a relationship was found between the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women and the Triple Elimination Examination, namely with a p value of 0.000. It is hoped that the Community Health Center will actively provide information and counseling about the importance of Triple Elimination examinations during pregnancy as an effort to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS, Syphilis, Hepatitis B from mother to baby so that it can encourage pregnant women to undergo Triple Elimination examinations.
